Is your Tiger interested or already in the fraternity and sorority community? They’re not alone. Our members make up 25 percent of the total undergraduate population. As a chapter member, students find a home away from home, building connections and valuable leadership skills, all while making lifelong memories along the way.
Our members experience an enhanced college experiences including, but not limited to:
- Managing budgets for events, chapters and more.
- Volunteering for local and national causes.
- Gaining leadership skills in extracurriculars and the classroom.
- Planning and running small to large scale events.
Being a part of any organization can help your Tiger, but in our community we offer academic support, leadership experiences, and most importantly, a place to thrive.

What is your role?
As your Tiger’s biggest support system, here’s what you can do to guide them as they join the community.
Talk to them
Ask questions, keep an open mind and discuss with your student as they meet with chapters.
Let them lead
Your student should choose the chapter that best fits them. Let them fight their own battles and make their own choice.
Educate yourself
Educating yourself on the costs, selection process and more can help you understand where they are coming from.
